Breakfast was fine. Most staff were courteous.

Toilet backed up and I was given a plunger to unclogged the toilet. I had to plunged my own toilet. No maintenance.Then, the elevator broke down with us inside. We were stuck inside for 5 to 10 minutes, after it felt like elevator came crashing down.

This place is well-maintained and simply amazing. The staff here are super accommodating and really go out of their way to help you. The continental breakfast served here is quite good. 🌟

We loved the free continental breakfast and the well-maintained room had all the essential amenities, including a desk and a comfortable couch.

Location: the hotel was near the Space Center, shops and football stadium. I randomly popped in Old Cuban Cafe serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the venue, it was nice.

The hotel had a comfy and easy location near the airport. It's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Chuan Lu Garden, where I ate once or twice. - Hot and free breakfast with many options was available.

Everything in the hotel I liked: cleaning, staff, breakfast, etc.

Everything was fine until the time came to pay, I explain: there was a problem with my debit card, which had the full amount of the debt. The hotel offered several versions of why the card was declined. Throughout the process, I was treated with respect by all the staff except the manager, who I understand was rude and arrogant. That made me very stressed out because I knew there was a mistake, as the money was available. I spoke several times with the bank and they told me that the money was in "hold", the hotel denied it, in fact when I arrived to PR I realized that they doubled the payment, etc. In the end they told me that the "Expiration Number was entered incorrectly by the hotel". Everyone at the hotel apologized except the manager, and I will take this into account when I return to Orlando, where my son is studying at UCF.

The building is nice and the rooms are well-kept with a great view. the location is comfy and quiet in a safe area, making it perfect for a family vacation. It's near restaurants, a movie theater, an outside mall, a raceway, and a stadium.
